Sugar Skull Ornament (Pink and Red)

This is a skull shaped, mixed-media piece and is made of bisque. The skull has been embellished with polymer clay flowers, two tiny resin flowers, polymer clay leaves and a  silver-toned skull charm. The entire piece has been painted with acrylic paint and varnished with a gloss finish (the back is varnished with a glitter varnish).  All of the elements have been securely mounted to the piece.

The measurements are 4 1/2" x  3 3/4" x 1/4" (at the highest, widest and deepest points). The back of the piece has been painted a solid color and it's ready to display by its silver cord. The colors are clear and vivid and accent each other nicely! I've initialed and dated this piece on the back.

 

This sugar skull ornament is colorful, lively and looks even better in person!
